4) Our Sales-Force

Our aim is to have a highly trained sales force that knows how to communicate at the highest level. All of our staff will be trained through Bowleys Lettings Academy and we will undergo extensive sales training. 

Unlike other agents, we do daily training session covering a range of topics, including processes, speaking to customers, viewings, managing expectations correctly and most importantly under promising and over-delivering!

Bowleys works from numerous locations in London, that means that we can cross-sell properties and utilise our database. 

We also have a Corporate Services, that focuses on sourcing corporate tenants through the use of Relocation Agents and Institutions.

Our aim is to give you the most up to date and comprehensive advice on the local market and pricing. We believe our advice will save you a vast amount of money and make sure that you have no void period, the right tenant and the right price against the market.

Our Blog is regularly updated to tell you what is happening in the market and what our advice is. On top of this, we will, of course, give our clients specific advice according to their property.
